| What would you like to do in the year 2016? (60-80 words)
I didn't have any new year resolution but since i have to write this text maybe i should have it now. It isn't worse reason than adding one year to calendar. I would like to change my lifestyle to be a bit healthier. Maybe i will do some exercises. Telling true I'm trying to start some every holidays but it never last long. Maybe this time i will try in gym instant of home training. I could have change my diet too, no I'm not fat, but i have a feeling that i ate too much sugars and not enough vegetables. Randall says short terms and possible goals so maybe i start with one vegetable on week. |
